ABOUT THE WORK
A person can never fully become someone else, no matter how hard they try to imitate them. When we admire someone, what we see is only a part of who they are their achievements, attitudes, or works not the entirety of their life process and experiences. We pause for a moment to admire them, like someone who stops to take in a beautiful view on the way home. We enjoy it, we learn from it, we feel inspired. But afterward, we must continue our journey, because becoming someone else would mean leaving behind the experiences, values, and uniqueness that we already have.
