ABOUT THE WORK

“This painting explores sexuality as something that blooms within the body. While painting, I kept searching for the flower forms. It took time for them to appear and take shape. Flowers feel deeply feminine to me. Their unfolding and blooming remind me of an awakening inside the body. The painting reflects this sense of emergence, petals opening, forms appearing and dissolving, like sensations slowly becoming visible.
