ABOUT THE WORK

Our passage on earth is so short that tomorrow every trace of us can disappear. The omnipresent volcano can erase us whenever it wants. The metaphysical, idyllic passage of the waters can submerge the traces of our memory. Yet we are the ones who destroy this natural paradise. Representing nature as a negative photo intends to bear witness to that part of paradise that has disappeared and that only survives in our remembrance. It is our responsibility to save and love what remains of this lost world.
